June 2025 The APSIPA Taiwan hosted a DL Talk on Conditional Information-Aware Neural Image and Video Coding, delivered by Dr. Ying Liu, an APSIPA Distinguished Lecturer and was hosted by Prof. Wen-Hsiao Peng. The talk offered key insights into the background and theoretical basis of conditional coding, and extend to hybrid machine-human tasks and multimodal visual coding.
